Shipping, Risk & Ownership:

Once the goods have been fully paid for and are handed over to the designated shipping company
or courier, ownership and responsibility for the products are officially transferred from HUNZAI
VESTURE to the Buyer.
From that point onward, all risks associated with loss, delay, or damage during transit shall be the
Buyer's responsibility, unless the shipment is covered under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms,
in which case the goods are insured by the Company until delivery at the Buyer's destination.
Under FOB and C&F terms, the Company's responsibility ends once the goods are shipped or delivered
to the carrier.
HUNZAI VESTURE shall not be held liable for any shipping delays, damages, or losses that occur after
dispatch, except in cases where the Company has explicitly agreed in writing to provide shipping insurance
or assume such liability
